Paul Broomhead, conductor – Evening section

FALL 2020: Though University Chorale typically doesn’t require an audition, due to possible class size limitations from COVID-19, an audition will be required in order to join University Chorale this semester.

University Chorale is the non-auditioned choir at BYU. Enrollment is open to all students. There are two different sections of University Chorale, and they operate independently as two different choirs. The day section meets M/W/F from 12:00-12:50 in the Madsen Recital Hall, and is run by the current Choral Conducting Graduate Students. The evening section meets T/Th from 4:00-5:30 in room 251 of the Tanner Building. University Chorale has one concert at the end of each semester, and the choirs also perform at the campus Devotional once per semester.
